The Client ships loan packages to another investor for loan servicing purposes on a regular basis. The investor however has specific requirements about how a particular loan package must be created. The investor usually needs the documents to be created in a specific way with bookmarks to save them time and effort to further review the entire file.
The client’s in-house team has to download all the different documents as one single package and make sure that all the documents are in a particular order as the investor has requested. This whole process is quite rigorous and has an extremely high chance of having manual errors.
