He has extensive experience in the ITES segment and has worked with both Operations and Business Development (in India and USA) in building, managing and growing specific BPO enterprises. He brings an understanding of the BPO/KPO segment that is vital in helping today's businesses continue to remain focused on core competencies.
David Antony (CEO, Business Solutions) comes in with 24 years’ experience in the service and IT Industry, serving in various capacities such as Account Servicing, Business Development and Profit Centre Head. After completing his MBA, David has worked with some of the leading training and consultancy firms in India and the Middle East. A key leader of the Business Development team, David ensures focus on understanding and providing what each of our clients need to make their investments pay off.
Anand Mathew (CEO, Global Shared Services) has 15 years of experience in the Marketing and Advertising industry, and a decade long expertise in the ITES sector. He specializes in building service lines on a 360-degree plan, managing stakeholders across domains as varied as Design and Development, Engineering services, Research & Data services, and Video & Animation. Anand is an 'Ideas specialist' and can envision solutions rapidly. Over the last 8 years moved seamlessly to lead Finance, Operations and Sales Management, from Managing Brands and Campaigns as a Creative Director earlier.
Seby Kallarakal (Director) has over 18 years, in a variety of industries such as Architecture, GIS, Internet Marketing, Software Development, E-commerce, Analytics, and Big Data. He has helped in defining Flatworld's marketing vision by applying a data-driven approach to collecting, integrating and analyzing marketing data, and leveraging it to improve customer acquisition and retention. Seby holds an Engineering Degree from IIT Kharagpur and an MS in Software Systems from BITS Pilani.
Rajeev Kumar (Business Head) has 12 years of experience in ITES and KPO industry. Having handled diverse business roles in his career, (Marketing, Business Development, Key Account Management, Operations and Managing Profit Centers) he understands the varied needs of businesses, and draws upon his knowledge to find effective solutions for our clients. Rajeev’s experience in the mortgage domain has honed him into a mortgage expert. Besides helping mortgage lenders overcome operational challenges, he specializes in strategic planning and forecasting developments.
Joel John (Manager, Transitions & Operations) has 12 years of operations experience with consulting, project management & leadership capability in the US Residential Mortgage end-to-end operations. He has managed over 300 FTE for leading mortgage lenders including transition of complex pilot projects like Underwriting, Closing and Compliance Review. Currently, Joel manages service delivery for some of our large clients. Being an operations excellence focal, he has thorough understanding of operational challenges faced by mortgage lenders & is driven to improve services / processes through automation / workflow management to add value to service delivery.
Dipesh Niroula (Senior Manager – Business Development) has 10 years of experience in business development, Dipesh has grown into an expert in building and closing business relationships. Over the years, he has donned different roles; from credit card selling to refinancing home loans to customer services to hardcore software services selling, all of which have played their bit in helping him become a hardcore Business Development Pro. Currently his responsibilities range from sales to managing accounts to identifying areas of improvement. He also oversees Custom Brokerage & Logistics and Insurance services.
Santosh V (Manager, Account and Operations) has over 9 years of experience in managing the entire gamut of mortgage banking including loan processing, underwriting and appraisal. During these years, he has honed his skills in developing and delivering mortgage process improvements such as streamlining operations, monitoring performances and collaborating with key stakeholders. Currently he oversees processing and pre-underwriting of conventional housing loan applications and is responsible for aligning operations with federal regulations.
