A typical loan package that has various type of documents such as: disclosures, all borrower documents, closing documents, lender specific checklists etc.. Additionally, the co-issue team gets a digital data tape which consists of specific loan information.
The client’s in-house team onboards all the loan packages on their servicing system and further starts the document indexing process. Also, the team reviews that the data fields which are sent in the digital tape format are correct, otherwise it would result in onboarding inaccurate data onto their system. Everything is done manually.
